This was the first watch I designed. The watch is a neutral style(but it has many different size for all kind of wearers）, the design was inspired by the English poet Blake's prophetic poetry in Auguries of innocence . To see a world in a grain of sand, And a heaven in a wild flower, Hold infinity in the palm of your hand, And eternity in an hour. ... Please see the desgin of the figure NO.1(the left one),this is when the watch in normality . the dial plate will be 0.5cm thick , that is a piece of a complete LED panel, and it is divided into two parts by a colorful bright line ,there are the outer ring and the inner disk. The color of the outer ring is navy blue with very dark eggplant , the inner disk is black. The watch hands is with dim red light. you can see the invisible fingerprint of the owner's on the plate, when the hands pass by . So every watch is the unique one. The strap of the watch is 0.2cm thick,and dark red with deep violet color. The connection between the plate and the strap is 0.2cm thick , and it is made of high-density low-elastic resin,the same material of the strap. A sensor in the strap can detect the wearer's heart rate. When the wearer's heart rate as normal, the watch hands is slightly shiny,as mentioned before. As soon as the sensors detect the wearer's heart rate increasing for exciting experience, the hands will immediately light up, just like the figure NO.2(the right one)，the faster heart beat the brighter hands be. When wearer's heart beat are continually speedup ,and the hands could not be brighter, the turning speed of the second hand will be slower and slower until it stop going. Of course, the minute hand and hour hand are both operate normally. When heart rate return to normal, hands going slowly turn to normal , and the movement of second hand will also go back to normal. The pattern of the out ring are petal and stalk from wildflower.they are invisible at normal time. There is also a sensor in the watch that can capture the movemont of wearer's arm. The faster or stronger the action is ,the brighter the pattern will be . And the patterns are always changing its color. These pattern will disappear after the sensor could not detect any movement. The entire table without any interface or peripheral components. Fingerprint and heart rate data are all inputed from the Bluetooth system . And the pattern of out ring is can be changed by input more texture to the watch. There are strong sense of technology in this design , in order to prevent giving the impression that is too cold or steeliness .I addend some hominism elements to the design.
