带褶边衣领的制作教程
Step 1：Cut out the piece of fabric on the fold with slightly curved edges and sew those edges.
Step 2：Turn the collar right side out. It looks like this.
Step 3：Next sew a running stitch near the bottom and when finished pull the bottom thread to ruffle it.
I have a tutorial on how to make ruffles, so you may check that one for this.
Step 4：When done with the ruffling, pin the collar to the top/dress/shirt.Cut off the excess fabric and threads. Sew to fix it in place.
Step 5：To finish it you may use a bias tape or a ribbon. I used this cute decorative ribbon.
Step 6：And it is done!
