With the prosperity of material life, the enrichment of spiritual world, and the communication of world culture, people have begun to explore and think about fashion. What is fashion? It is an attitude towards life and it is shown in every area of the spiritual and material worlds.
一、关于大赛
国际大学生时尚设计盛典(以下简称大赛),是国内外大学生艺术设计类的专业赛事,历经15年沿革,已经成功举办十三届,国内外累计参赛院校已达2000余所,覆盖全球四大洲16个国家。大赛始终遵循“为‘源·创’助力,为时尚发声”的宗旨,鼓励原创,激发大学生创新思维,以创新设计引领时尚发展、以时尚理念提升设计内涵,挖掘优秀设计人才和作品,以赛事为平台促进国内外大学生交流合作。大赛实现被国家顶级媒体报道,并通过新华社国际传播融合平台遍布全球的传播渠道进行发布,现已成为国内外影响力强、知名度高、参与度广的大学生时尚设计品牌赛事。
大赛从教学中萌芽、于时尚中创新、在融合中绽放、向硕果中前行。第十四届国际大学生时尚设计盛典重磅来袭,尝试新科技新媒介扩展时尚设计新范式,加速新生代原创设计的推陈出新,深入探索未来时尚的可能性。
Ⅰ、Aboutthe Competition
The International Student Fashion Design Gala (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) is a professional competition for domestic and foreign college students in the field of art and design. It has been successfully held for thirteen times with a history of 15 years, engaging more than 2,000 colleges and universities both at home and abroad, covering 16 countries in four continents around the world. The Competition adheres to the principle of“encouraging original design, speaking for fashion creativity”, encouraging originality, stimulating college students# innovative thinking, leading the development of fashion with innovative design and upgrading design connotation with fashion concepts. It intends to identify excellent design talents and works and promote exchanges and cooperation between domestic and foreign college students. The competition has been covered by the country#s top media outlets and published by the Xinhua News Agency#s international communication fusion platform. It has become a fashion design brand competition for college students with strong influence, high popularity and wide participation at home and abroad.
The competition sprouts from teaching, innovates in fashion, blossoms in integration, and moves forward to fruitfulness.The 14th International Student Fashion Design Gala makes a grand return, embracing emerging technologies and new media to expand new paradigms in fashion design, accelerate the evolution of next-generation original creations, and further explore the possibilities of fashion in the future.

四、赛事征稿对象
国际、国内(含港澳台)从事时尚设计、艺术设计的在校博士生、硕士生、本科生、专科生,以上所有类别毕业当年和毕业后2年均可参赛。
Ⅳ. Participants
International and domestic (Including Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan Province) students engaged in fashion design and art design. This includes doctoral, master#s, undergraduate, and junior college students, as well as graduates within the year of graduation and up to two years post-graduation, are eligible to participate in the competition.

五、参赛要求
(一)参赛作品整体风格时尚现代,具有较强的创新性、艺术性、时尚性,不能涉及政治、色情、暴力、歧视性内容,不得违反中华人民共和国法律法规的各项条款。
Entry requirements
(I) The overall style of the entry must be modern and fashion-forward, demonstrating strong innovation, artistic value, and fashion appeal. Entries must not contain content involving politics, pornography, violence, or discrimination, and must not violate any provisions of the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
(二)各项参赛作品具体要求如下:
(II) The specific requirements for each type of entry are as follows:
1.时装设计类:提交作品分为创意设计作品或成衣商业设计作品两类,参赛作品至少3套,要求三套主题一致,报名需提交成衣的高清电子版时尚摄影片,格式JPG,数量至少3张。
1. Fashion Design: Submissions fall into two types: conceptual/creative design or ready-to-wear commercial design. Each entry must include at least three outfits/looks, all under a consistent theme. For registration, participants must submit high-resolution fashion photographs of the garments in JPG format, no fewer than three images.
2.时尚配饰类:配饰包括首饰、箱包、鞋帽三类,每位投稿者限投一类,参赛作品至少3件,要求三件作品为系列作品,报名需提交高清电子版成品摄影片,格式JPG,数量至少3张。
2. Fashion Accessories: Accessories include jewelry, bags, and shoes & headwear. Each participant may submit to only one of these subcategories. Each entry must include at least three pieces, and the three works must form a coherent series. For registration, participants must submit high-resolution photographs of the finished products in JPG format, no fewer than three images.
3.时尚图形类:参赛作品至少1幅,要求图形设计具有强烈创新性、主题性,主要应用于纺织、印刷等领域,落在丝巾、服装、软性材料等载体,颜色设置为CMYK格式,分辨率不低于300dpi,以jpg或tif文件格式提交。
3. Fashion Graphics: Each entry must include at least one design. The graphic design should demonstrate strong innovation and a clear theme, and be primarily applicable to fields such as textiles and printing, to be used on carriers such as scarves, apparel, and other flexible materials. Color mode must be CMYK, with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi, and submitted in JPG or TIF format.
4.时尚家居类:限定坐卧类、收纳类、椅凭类、照明类家具设计,可以是单个产品参赛,也可以是系列(组套)产品参赛,作品需要从创意、市场潜力、工艺可行性、成本等角度考虑。报名需提交高清电子版产品设计展示图1张,包含产品效果三视图、产品尺寸图、色彩及材质运用说明、应用场景图及作品详解(200-500字作品设计说明)。另,需要提交能充分表达作品创意的整体效果图4-10张,图片分辨率不低于300dpi,格式JPG。
4. Fashion Home Décor: Eligible entries are limited to furniture design in the following categories: seating/lying, storage, chairs & cushions, and lighting. Submissions may be made as a single product or as a series/set. Designs should be considered from the perspectives of creativity, market potential, manufacturing/process feasibility, cost, and other relevant factors. For registration, participants must submit one high-resolution product presentation image, including: three-view renderings, dimension drawings, notes on color and material application, usage/scenario images, and a detailed description (a 200–500-word design statement). In addition, 4–10 overall renderings that clearly convey the design concept must be submitted. All images must be in JPG format with a resolution of no less than 300 dpi.
(三)以上1、2两个类别的作品,获奖之后会通知寄出实物作品,大赛组委会对于因获奖邮寄到的服装类、配饰类作品,参赛完后将寄回参赛者,图片类作品将不再寄回,请各自留底。
(III) For entries in Categories 1 and 2, winners will be notified to mail the physical works after the results are announced. For fashion and accessories works mailed to the Organizing Committee as winning entries, the physical items will be returned to the participants after the Competition. Graphic/image-based submissions will not be returned; participants are advised to keep their own copies/archives.
(四)参赛选手请及时关注大赛官方所发出的比赛进程消息,并保持手机畅通,以便工作人员对参赛信息的传达和沟通。
(IV) Participants are advised to closely follow updates released through the Competition’s official channels and keep their mobile phones reachable, so that staff can communicate and coordinate competition-related information in a timely manner.

七、版权说明
1.原创声明。所有参赛作品必须是参赛者原创作品,建议为2025年1月1日之后作品,作品内容所涉及的版权问题由参赛者本人负责,凡涉嫌抄袭、一稿多投或涉及知识产权问题的参赛作品等情况,将自动失去参赛资格;若为得奖作品,则收回已颁发奖项及奖金并公告。如造成第三者之权益损失,参赛者需自行负担相关法律责任。
1. Statement of Originality. All entries must be original works created by the participant(s). Works created on or after January 1st, 2025 are recommended. Participants are solely responsible for any copyright or related rights issues arising from their submissions. Any entry suspected of plagiarism, multiple submissions of the same work, duplicate entries, or involvement in intellectual property disputes will be automatically disqualified. If such issues are discovered after an award has been granted, the award title and prize money will be revoked and publicly announced. Should any third party suffer losses as a result, the participant(s) shall bear all corresponding legal liabilities.
2.参赛作品知识产权归属。
所有参赛作品的知识产权归组委会所有,设计师享有署名权,组委会享有对相应设计作品进行再设计、生产、销售、展示、出版等商业用途的全部权益。
2. Intellectual Property Ownership of Entries. The intellectual property rights of all submitted entries shall belong to the Organizing Committee. The designer(s) retain the right of authorship/attribution, while the Organizing Committee holds all rights to use the corresponding designs for commercial purposes, including but not limited to re-design, production, sale, exhibition, and publication.
3.获奖者责任与缺席处理
颁奖典礼阶段,参赛获奖学生及其获奖作品有义务配合组委会出席并邮寄获奖作品到现场展示,获奖者、获奖作品未到场的获奖学生,将扣除获奖奖项对应总奖金额度的20%。
3. Responsibilities of Award Winners and Handling of Absence. During the awards ceremony phase, award-winning students and their winning works are required to cooperate with the Organizing Committee by attending the ceremony and mailing the winning works to the venue for on-site display. If an award winner and/or the winning work is absent, 20% of the total prize amount corresponding to the award will be deducted (subject to the mailing date).
4.组委会对本赛事保留最终解释权。
4. Final Interpretation. The Organizing Committee reserves the right of final interpretation of this Competition.

The Organizing Committee may recommend award-winning participants and their works to fashion promotion platforms and events hosted or co-organized by the Beijing Fashion Designers Association, including the “Top 100 Young Fashion Designers of Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei Selection”, Beijing Fashion Week, and the International Fashion Festival, among others.
